Does Jazzman’s Café offer “specials” so their is variety?
Yes! Jazzman’s Café features monthly promotions that cover all the main menu categories: beverages, sandwiches, salads, desserts and pastries. Each promotional product is carefully developed by our skilled culinarian, tasted, tested and finally rolled out system wide.

Is the Mobile Application Free?
Yes. The mobile app for Jazzman’s is located in the iTune’s Store and Android Market for free.
Jazzman's Cafe app ordering is not available at all locations yet.

What type of phone must I have for the App?
The mobile app for Jazzman’s is supported by the iPhone, iTouch, iPad and Android phones.

How do I pay for my items thru the App?
The mobile application will ask you to setup information with your credit card. Future enhancements with Student Meal Plans and SoGo are planned for 2011.

What are my payment options with the app?
You can pay with a Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover card. In the future, payment will also be
accepted by Student Meal Plan cards and SoGo.

Is my credit card information safe using the app?
Yes, credit card data is safe. It is stored on your mobile device, encrypted and only accessible via a password that the user creates when setting up their Credit Card profile on the phone. The credit card data is stored in a specific encrypted block on the phone that is only accessible via the Mobile Ordering App (not shared with other Apps). Credit card data is transmitted encrypted via secure transfer methods (SSL) to the store where the transaction is handled via the local store terminal which is PCI PA-DSS compliant.
