The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has selected Samson Guma’s Anfilo coffee farm project as a finalist in the Africa Diaspora Marketplace (ADM). The ADM, through collaboration with USAID seeks to boost economic opportunity and job creation in Africa through sustainable start-up and established enterprises.
The finalists represent the best of a new class of entrepreneurs — those who are working to invest in their countries of origin and helping to create economic opportunity, reduce poverty and foster job creation.
With over 700 entries they were the only coffee project finalist!
