Does Jazzman’s Café offer “specials” so guests have variety?
Yes! Jazzman’s Café features monthly promotions that cover all the main menu categories: beverages, sandwiches, salads, desserts and pastries. Each promotional product is carefully developed by our skilled culinarian, tasted, tested and finally rolled out system wide.

Do we have the flexibility to add regional menu items that are not on the approved menu?
We will carefully consider each request to approve new items based on a number of criteria. A fully costed recipe and proposed selling price should be submitted to gain approval for testing at your location. Sales mix information supporting strong sales must be provided after the test is complete to gain approval.

What kind of operational support is available to me on an ongoing basis?
You will be assigned a Retail Business Partner right away that will assist you with opening preparation and ongoing operational support. You will also receive regular quality assurance walk-throughs and mystery shopper reports to give you objective feedback on your operation.

Is there a training process? What is it?
Yes! Total training time differs for Sodexo operated locations, but the curriculum entails training for each labor position and menu component, plus classroom training to familiarize you with brand processes and resources.
