We make it simple with our easy five step process. We are committed to helping you make the best possible decisions regarding your business and to get you open and running as soon as possible!

First Step

• Fill out our Request for Information form.
• We will send you information on Jazzman's Café including confidential application documents.
• One of our Development Executives will contact you concerning next steps.
• Return the confidential application documents for our review.

Second Step

• Our Development Executive will contact you and review your application documents.
• Upon approval of your application documents, schedule a Discovery Day visit to our office in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
• Discovery Day is an opportunity to review Jazzman's Café, learn about the Retail Brand Group and meet our team.
• You will receive a copy of our most current Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).  
• You should then do some homework and due diligence, such as review the UFOC, call our franchisees for information, and ask questions of your Development Executive.

Step Three

• After Discovery Day, if strong mutual interest remains, your Development Executive will conduct a full review of your candidacy prior to presenting you to the Franchise Committee.

Step Four

• Upon approval by the Franchising Committee, we will issue you the franchise agreement and riders appropriate to your location and number of restaurants.
• The agreements are signed and returned with the franchise fee.

Step Five

The store opening process begins once your franchise agreement is fully executed.

• We will assist you with real estate site selection and development of your business plan.
• Our operations team will begin the Get Ready Plan to get you on the way to opening your new restaurant.
